We kindly request that you take a moment to read our policies prior to purchasing any items via our online stamp store. The following policies govern the use of our web site and the purchase of any stamps from our online store.


Payment can be made by Paypal or Cheque.

Payment Online via PayPal:

apollostamps.com accepts online payments via the PayPal payment system. PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. It's greatest advantage is that payments are made immediately - much quicker than sending bank transfers. PayPal allows you to make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information. Not only does PayPal help keep this information private, it guarantees 100% protection against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

Payment via Cheque / Money Order:

apollostamps.com accepts bank or personal cheques and money orders. Simply choose "Pay by Cheque" as your method of payment when checking out. Once your order has been confirmed an instruction screen that includes an address to send the cheque to will appear, print this screen and send it in with the cheque to the address supplied in order for apollostamps.com to process your order. NOTE: Your order will not be processed until the cheque has arrived and all details verified.

Please Note: All personal cheques require a 5 day clearing period. We do not recommend cheque payments as products that you may have ordered can go out of stock during this clearing period.

Order Processing

We want our customers to have a unique shopping experience so we strive to continually offer an exclusive range of stamps. For this reason we carry limited quantities of each style and our items are subject to availability. In the unfortunate event that the item you select is out of stock, you will be promptly offered the choice of selecting an alternative item, credit note or a refund.

Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery within US and 5-10 working days for international orders.

Shipping Costs & Methods - *We combine shipping*

US orders incur a flat rate postage fee of $9.00 for all orders. We combine shipping. Delivery will be made within 1 - 3 working days of purchase. Items will be sent by USPS, the U.S Postal Service. Please state your daytime delivery address and make sure someone will be able to sign for the package. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.


Delivery will be made within 3 - 10 working days of purchase to USA, Europe, UK and Asia Pacific. Items will be sent to your zone by UPS Courier for a flat rate of $30 USD. Please state your daytime delivery address and make sure someone will be able to sign for the package. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

We use UPS internet enabled freight management system which offers:

  • Express Post within UPS
  • Registered Post with signature on delivery for international orders
  • Ability to track the status of your parcel

Return Policy

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your online selection, we are pleased to offer the following return policy in accordance with The Office of Fair Trading:

In order for your return to be accepted, you must contact us via email immediately upon receiving your item to advise why it is not suitable and that you would like to return it. The item/s MUST be received by APOLLO STAMPS within 14 days of the date which you received your order. Any returned item/s received by APOLLO STAMPS beyond the 14 day time frame will not be accepted and the item/s will be returned to you, the customer.

Postage will NOT be refunded on full priced items that are returned. Postage fees are the customer's responsibility on any items that are exchanged.

APOLLO STAMPS DOES NOT OFFER A REFUND IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER. A store credit note or exchange will be issued upon receiving any cancellation requests. Store credit notes are valid for 3 MONTHS from the date of issue and can be used to purchase any item from our online store. NB: It is the customer's responsibility to redeem their credit note by the due date; APOLLO STAMPS is not responsible for reminding customers of their pending credit notes.

If you believe you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance and/or to receive to receive a Return Authorization number (RAN). APOLLO STAMPS reserves the right to refuse any returned item we believe is not of saleable quality and/or has been teared, altered, damaged or marked. Extra shipping and handling charges to return the item to the customer will remain the responsibility of the customer and no exchange or credit note will be issued. Please note that returned stamps will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number or after the return window. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase. No item will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

All items are thoroughly checked by our quality control department prior to dispatch in order to ensure they are in perfect condition. We photograph every item closely prior to dispatching orders. False claims made by any customer regarding the condition of an item upon receiving an order will not be accepted as an excuse to obtain a refund for that item.

All items being returned should be packaged well and sent via REGISTERED POST. Please return item/s and a copy of your receipt to:

Please include your full name, address, contact number, and indicate if you would prefer an exchange or credit note. Please notify us by e-mail once you have returned the item and provide us with the registered post tracking number. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. APOLLO STAMPS DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS THAT ARE LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT.


Please note, it is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping details and information. Although we will do everything we can to ensure your parcel arrives, we can accept no responsibility for lost items if the incorrect details are given and items are unrecoverable.

Privacy Policy

APOLLO STAMPS is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with third parties. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. APOLLO STAMPS uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from APOLLO STAMPS only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.
